Charvel ATX Trans Green Electro Acoustic Guitar

Here for sale we have the Charvel ATX Chambered electro acoustic guitar in the Trans Green finish. This guitar features a Chambered Mahogany body, a Maple top and a Maple neck, topped with a 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard. A Fishman Transducer is installed on this guitar which is wired to a master volume and sliders for the bass, mid and treble EQ. 

One of the best features of this guitar is the lightweight body. At 5.5lbs, this guitar is easy to keep on your shoulders for long gigs or playing sessions. The neck is very thin and easy to get your hand around, making any quick chord changes or riffs effortless. There are no sound holes on this instrument as it's chambered, so you don't have to worry about any feedback when amplified. 

When plugged in this guitar sounds great. It achieves a true live acoustic sound very well due to the special thickness Maple top. The string through body makes sure the transducer pickup is in proper contact with the bridge saddle at all times. The string through body also helps increase vibration and resonance of the guitar. With the sliders you are able to dial in the exact tone you want whether that's a warm full low end sound or a more articulate and biting high end.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: The front face of the headstock displays some dents and scratches, both visible under strong lighting. the sides and edges are dented and scratched along the top edge from regular use. The rear face of the headstock shows some scratching visible under most lighting. None of these marks affect playability.

Neck: The neck demonstrates some very mild denting feelable under the finger in playing position towards the top of the neck. The sides of the fretboard are well maintained, though the nut slot demonstrates some marking consistent with the nut being removed via tools. There are some lateral scratches and markings visible on the fretboard upon close inspection.

Body: The body has scratches consistent across the entire profile. The sides and edges demonstrate dents, with some larger chips in the lacquer towards the bottom edge. The neck pocket has a notable crack in the finish, but the neck has been removed and the pocket inspected to ensure this is not structural damage.

Condition of Frets:

The frets are in good condition with some evidence of use, including consistent flattening of the crows and minor denting.
