About This Listing

I have been collecting Super Dynaction's for years in search of the best and this is my pick of the litter alto. This horn is from 1961(serial #7884) It has super rich tone and the action is killer. The key work is super tight and it's in excellent playing condition. I mainly play tenor, but this has been my main alto. The lacquer on this horn is 90%+ and it's the original sparkle finish. It has been recently serviced and is ready for gigs. If you are in the San Francisco area, it will be worth your time to come check it out in person. This horn sounds and plays better than my 60's Mark VI that I played in college.

I am very careful when shipping saxes. I wedge the keys into closed position, protect octave rod, wrap sax inside of its case and fill all voids inside case. I then wrap the case and pack in a larger box. All of this is in order to keep the horn from jiggling and banging around during shipping.
