Eastman SB59/v Goldburst

Like the T59/v for thinline models, the SB59/v represents the top of the line for Eastman's solid body range. In many ways the guitar resembles the "regular" (and more affordable) SB59, but the aged varnish finish not only gives the SB59/v a different look, it also makes it sound and feel different; the varnish finish adds to the resonance, woody and lively tone of the guitar. And not to forget, the SB59/v is fitted with a more luxurious type of pickups: Lollar Imperial Humbuckers. These medium output PAF-style pickups sound rich and creamy, open but also beautifully crumbly and traditional.
The body is made of (non-weight reliefed) mahogany with a flamed maple top with a set mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard. Including case and certificate.
