I am not sure if this is an authentic Antonio Morales of Granada guitar. It was purchased locally with the intention of repairing, however, I have lost interest. Per the label, it is an Antonio Morales Classical Concert Guitar. However, the build quality doesn't appear to be that of a high standard. The label appears to be very cheap, however, apparently this is how authentic A. Morales guitars come! There is a thread written about that on the internet.
Perhaps a student there made this or it was a prototype? I'm not sure. I'm not sure why someone would attempt to make a counterfeit, but just being transparent here that I have not confirmed its authenticity. What I can observe is that the saddle is chipped (at the A and D strings), there is some bellying of the top, the bridge is lifting and as such there is some fret buzz throughout the fretboard. There are dings, scratches and wear throughout the guitar (see photos).
I could not find much information about this, and it's being sold 'as-is.' Please look over the photos carefully and do your research before purchasing. For reference, here is one of the few A. Morales guitars that I have seen:
I don't have any further information on the guitar, but I'm happy to provide additional photos upon request if that is helpful. Comes shipped with generic chipboard case and strap.
