Circa 1982 BC Rico Eagle Bass. Was refinished at some point in it's life, taking away the serial number. Finish has some chipping but it's thin nitro, so that was to be expected.
It was discussed on the non-classifieds group on facebook, but this was either a set-neck (they have made some) or a bolt-on that someone weirdly converted into a set-neck.
4th picture is from a BC Rico from the same era that was also built with a set-neck, and the neck joint is pretty much the same.
I wanted to refurbish it but I don't have the time. It plays and sounds great, but I think it'd need 3 things to be a top notch player grade bass: -A new nut, as the one currently on sits really (too) low -A replacement saddle adjustment screw for the low E saddle (the one on there is functional) -A foam riser for the bridge pickup, so it sits higher and becomes more balanced with the neck PU in terms of volume. Comes with a gig bag and will be packed in a box with enough bubble wrap to ensure a safe trip (depending on the courrier, obviously).
