Hafler XL600 90's - Black

Hafler XL600 mono block amplifiers. these have been thoroughly overhauled including hi-end capacitor upgrade. Individually these are over 300 wpc into 8 ohm. 450 into 4 and are even rated to drive a 1 ohm load at an amazing 900 wpc. these are 1000wpc bridged mono into 8 ohm and about 1500 wpc into 4.

These can practically drive an speaker. These sound great. Impressive bottom end and bass control.

Smooth thru out their whole range. i would like to sell them as a matched mono block pair but would consider breaking them up and selling as each. These are immaculate. i would sell these for $3000 for the pair but would consider $1800 ea. There is not another amp for triple the price out there with this much power and sound quality. Not at least having both attributes. These have also been upgraded to IEC power receptacles to allow a higher quality and heavier gauge power cord. I have no clue how these even operated with the original lamp cord. These are fan cooled. the fans run fairly quiet but within a few feet they can be heard. i have never been able to hear them from my listening position even with the quietest passage of music. Ive had Levinson, Krell and Threshhold over the years and these bad boys hold their own even though they dont have the expensive name plate. They always sounded pretty good, but after all the mods, they sound incredible.
