1970's Fender hardtail Stratocaster body.
Refinished, partially sripped.
Ash wood.
This body was obviously altered in the 80's and made "pickguard-less."
There is an access hole in the back, no cover.
The neck heel has been rounded as shown.
It had a 4 bolt neck on it at some point and those holes were plugged and the 3 bolt and tilt holes were exposed.
