1987 Gibson Explorer James Hetfield Metallica '84 style guitar

For sale is my rare James Hetfield Metallica ’84 style tribute Gibson Explorer guitar, made in 1987.

The Gibson Explorer “EXP 83 / (’84) model style was made 1983 - 1989, (Discontinued in 1989) and was the same model James Hetfield used on their early and iconic records. Installed are the early style EMG 81/60 Pickups James started using in 87/88 and many years after that.

The guitar is in very good / nice condition, plays great, and is fairly rare. I recently installed new 48-11 gauge strings, and a brand new 9V battery for the EMG pickups.
