Heres a weird one. Handmade solid body neckthrough mandolin, pretty heavy and solid, wild shape. No truss rod that I can see, plate on headstock has nothing behind it. Neck seems straight, fretboards a little dry and has a small crack near one of its edges. Probably needs a fret job im guessing, though they look good to my untrained eye. Handmade tailpiece that has a string hook on it that needs to be bent back in place, but other than that looks good, shes a flat top, and needs a bridge. 10 Schaller tuners. No nut. I think it has a semi glossy thin lacquered finish, has some scrapes and smaller dents throughout, some might be able to be buffed out. Give her a little TLC and have a nice little unique instrument, or keep her as a strange wall hanger!
