Our shipping transit time is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS usually, by USPS with tracking included. FedEx or UPS may be used for some 2-Day Shipping. Shipping is always provided to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii at no additional costs. If you prefer delivery to somewhere other than your home, such as your workplace, please enter a valid delivery address when purchasing.
Also, at no additional costs to you, a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SIGNATURE may be required for some orders over $300. If you do not want a signature required for an order over $300, please contact us before, or immediately after your purchase.

Don't love it? Return it for a full refund or exchange... hassle free, and we'll even send you a pre-paid return label. That's right, try any of our products on your own rig for up to 30 days, and if you don't love it, return it for a full refund. That's a no-risk policy you can't beat!
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date, and includes all of our products. Please keep items in as close to brand new condition as possible, with everything that came with it, and the original manufacturer's box.
Just contact us if you need a return, and we will send you a pre-paid U.S. Post Office label for you to print. If you don't have a printer, we can mail you a label, or refund your shipping costs if you pay at the Post Office.
We recommend packing up your shipment and taking it to the U.S. Post Office, where you can have the clerk give you a receipt for proof of shipment. Keep your receipt until the return is completed, and you're all set! As soon as your item arrives back here, we will immediately process the return.
In order for us to process a return, your shipment has to get into the USPS system. If you are concerned at all about theft while leaving your product to be picked up by the USPS, or leaving it in your mailbox, we strongly recommend that you take it to your local Post Office. Once you have their receipt as proof of shipment, you are not responsible at all for any potential loss or damage of the item being returned, that's on us.
