1962 Teisco SS-4L
Today, we are offering the holy grail of rare Teiscos - the much-coveted SS-4L. For both players and collectors, the SS-4L has everything that one could possibly want in a vintage Japanese guitar - futuristic design, more chrome than a '57 Chevy, and 4 HOT gold-foil pickups. When this guitar was first ordered, I can imagine the shop asking the customer how many pickups he needs and him responding "all of them." Just look at those controls!
This one is in 100% original and PERFECTLY functioning condition! The controls work exactly as they should with no crackling or cutting out, and the pickups, all 4 or them, sound unreal. Warm bluesy tone with extremely hot output. The finish is also incredible condition and is the rarest color offered - deep red/maroon.
This one is fresh out of the shop with a professional setup and fret polish. It plays perfectly and has a fat, straight, C-profile neck.
