I banjo guy informed me its a 70s Vega so I lowered price, I found this " Head stock" on vega site
Calling it a "Vega Martin" possibly . 70>79 although looks same there are no "Martin" notations . 70 Vega nice banjo straight true , Great Banjo high quality work.
