I am the original owner of this Gibson and I have played it exactly twice in all the time I have owned it. It has never left my house since it arrived and has spent most of it's life in the case.
I don't see any condition issues with the guitar. There is a discoloration in the wood around the 3rd fret which is clearly visible in the pictures. I am not sure what that is but it has always been there. The hardshell case has a few minor marks which can be seen in the pictures.
Includes the original case and pictured documentation.
