Up for sale is this recent F5 creation of young master builder, Tyler White, with all the tone and beauty you might desire in one mandolin. It is an amalgam of Tyler’s own creative designs and the tried-and-true characteristics of Gibson’s Master Models. And, to top it off, it was just setup by the builder, with frets leveled and crowned, and the pickguard removed to maximize the tone and volume, and the fretboard extension was scooped for playability and to minimize pick noise.
It is developing bell-like highs and woody lows, and only needs more playing time. It is in excellent to mint condition, with the simple pickguard holes, a few fingerprints in the varnish, and little to no wear as it has been very lightly played. It comes with a brand-new yellow Crossrock fiberglass case. Tyler’s wait-list is over 2 years, but you can have this one now.
