Recognized as one of the best of the American saxophone makers, Martin is known for making a saxophone posessing great warmth and beauty of sound. This Martin Indiana alto saxophone, made in the late 1950's, was their Step-Up Alto Sax, a strong rival of anything in that class being made today.
This horn is all original and although the lacquer is worn in places the instrument is in very good condition with very little damage having been done to it. Somewhere in its past there was a dent in the bow which we have removed. We meticulously re-padded this Martin Indiana. It is in perfect playing condition.
