Original Shin-Eu Uni-Vibe & Foot Pedal /rotating speaker sound used by countless guitar legends including Jimi Hendrix and David Gilmore Robin trower!  This is a chorus vibrato and phase shifter pedal. Two modes of operation are available - Chorus and Vibrato. Serviced by Roger Mayer [ Hendrix /Page effects in the late early90s . he also added a true bypass to first input, with added on & off switch [ top left] saves tone , that's reduced when on. second input #2 is stock. As far as circuit difference go, both the late 60's Uni-vibes and the later early 70's Uni-vibe circuitry is the same. Every late 60's uni-vibe's I've seen had the dual rubber pads on the speed foot controller and I've seen a few late 60's vibe where the pc boards were slightly smaller than the early 70's Uni-vibes boards however the circuitry layout was virtually the same and the sound was pretty much the same-In the early 70's the Uni-vibe started featuring the single rubber pad on the speed controller. The Uni-vibe was made up to around 1976. *  Roger Mayer added a control in place of the foot pedal did not want it had him restore it back & repair the hole its under the fuse holder & above the the foot switch .
