This is the Yamaha Japan S08 88-Key Synthesizer Keyboard.
The S08 is equipped with a large, backlit LCD, onboard digital effects processing, the quick-access Category Search function, and provides SmartMedia card storage with a 128MB total capacity, for archiving custom sounds and SMF file storage for sequence playback.
A USB port allows for seamless computer connectivity.

This Yamaha is in very good overall condition as you can see in pics, typical marks from normal use and transport, and missing the power button cap, but tested and works as it should.
