This listing is for the full guitar, but you can send me a message and make me an offer for the neck only if you wish.
The Neck:
22 Frets, Standard Telecaster 56mm width at the heel where it fits on which fits almost every standard fender guitar. The nut width at the top of the neck has a width of about 43.5mm. The fretboard is a lovely rosewood piece which has been naturally worn in by my playing since I was younger. It has white almost pearl like inlay dots. The back of the neck is built out of maple and has a ‘flamed maple’ look.
It has the classic screw holes and I will include the mounting plate and screws so it will fit your guitar.
The tuners are the standard ones that came with the guitar. They do the job absolutely fine and always have, but feel free to upgrade them as they are standard size.
The Body:
Discontinued Jim Root Signature Fender Squier Telecaster with mahogany body, which is rare for a Squier. All electronics are the standard good quality ones they came with. Bridge is hard tail and came with the guitar. The pickups are good quality dynamic sounding passive pickups that came with the guitar and that I enjoyed for many years. Should be easy to upgrade them if needs be. If you’re just buying the neck, then I’ll probably make a baritone guitar with this body.
Knob and selector switch all fully intact with new Fender saddles in place.
The stickers are from when I was younger so obviously not in the best taste but can be sanded off (or not!) to your liking.
Reason for Selling:
I mainly play my Strat nowadays, and since my hands are huge I prefer a wider neck at the top instead of the standard size that fits most people’s hands.
Any questions - Do not hesitate to ask and I will respond as quickly as possible. Cheers!
Freddy.
