Today at Edgewater Gear Vault we have a great condition mid 80’s Gibson Explorer, with ZERO neck breaks or repairs and the original Dirty Fingers pickups.
Basically, this is a stock mid 80’s Gibson Explorer with original factory black hardware and kahler, that somebody refinished. Not the worst paint job we’ve ever seen, but could be touched up in a few areas.
The original Dirty Fingers pickups in this guitar scream, and it’s immediately clear why these pickups alone are selling for $600+ a set on Reverb now.
The pots have been swapped and the kahler bar is missing, but this guitar has the original 80’s Explorer hardshell case to go with it.
