Ten foot instrument and IEM cable in one. This is the description on the goodwood website.
"If you have ever used IEM’s (in ear monitors/headphones) while playing a gig, you know the frustration of having a pack on your belt and being on a ‘short leash’. You are generally held within a meter or two of your board/amp which is fine until you actually want to get into the music. Worse yet, we have all walked away from a well played gig, spirits high only to completely forget we are still attached, and we bring what feels like the entirety of the stage with us… Every production techs worst nightmare.
This snake solves these problems in one clean package. You can now leave your IEM pack on your pedalboard. You simply plug your IEMs into the female side of the IEM snake, along with your guitar, then on the other side of the IEM snake, plug into your pack and pedalboard/amp/DI.
You can now run one ‘cable’ from guitar to board at whatever length needed.
When talking about our Instrument & IEM Snakes the “male end” refers to the pedalboard/amp/IEM pack side, and “female end” refers to the guitar/IEM side.
The standard breakouts are 3′ at the male side and 1′ at the female side.
We assemble all of our cables by hand using audio grade silver solder and the best materials available, making sure no corners are cut."
This cable is a great cable and very high quality. The retail price (excluding shipping from Australia) is $149.
