Evette Schaeffer Master Model Alto Sax made by Buffet-Crampon
Serial# 7338 (Circa early 60's)
From most of the information that we've gathered on these models online, it looks like this falls between the Buffet Dynaction and Superdynaction models. Seems like these were made when the Superdynaction series were released as they have similar bodies to the Dynaction series, but slightly different key work and the different position of the low C# tone hole.
Great playing and sounding horn!
Comes with recent Protec Propac Alto Case. Includes original Evette & Schaeffer Paris Mouthpiece along with a Eugene Rousseau 4R w/Rovner Ligature and Yamaha 4C.
Condition:
All original lacquer that is in very good condition for its age.
Just serviced - 2 pads replaced and a play condition*.
*Play Condition includes: Level and seat all pads. Remove minor dents. Regulate and adjust all keys. Oil key mechanisms. Replace needed key corks. Extra charge for major dents, pads, tenon and neck corks, excessive key straightening and swedging, cleaning and solder work.
