Has had a neck reset in June of 2017
A refret as well in June of 2017
A new bridge made from Brazilian rosewood in June of 2017
A new saddle in June of 2017
1 3/4 nut (this one has mahogany under it to raise it a touch)

The Fretboard is in really nice e condition.  Usually old fretboards have a ton of divets and need work. This one is nice.
The endpin is wider for a pickup jack
Comes with a beautiful brown leather case
Has a small split in the back that might need some TLC, but it is stable so I haven't messed with it.
All braces are intact
Has had overspray done.
Overall this guitar plays amazingly, action is nice
And has a soft V neck profile. It doesn't get much better than this.
