Mint Nakamichi CR-3A 3-head cassette deck w/ Original Accessories & Box | Tested, Fully Functional

For sale is a mint cosmetic and operational condition Nakamichi CR-3A three-head cassette deck. This CR-3A was lightly used by a university for a short time after purchase before being shelved.

Includes the following accessories;
- original manual
- blank warranty card
- Nakamichi full product brochure (pictured) - a very cool piece of history
- (1) Nakamichi stereo RCA cable
- original box with foam packing inserts  

I have run through all functions of the cassette deck, including the following;
- Fast-wind - FF / Rewind
- Playback - played back pre-recorded music A/B-ing with refurbished CR7a - playback quality is indistinguishable between the two decks in closed-back high-quality monitor headphones.
- Record function

- Playback was monitored via mixer connected to deck to ensure all outputs are functional.
- Tested all other functions on deck including Dolby NR B/C, MPX filter, Tape Type selector, return to zero function, etc

- Original headphone jack was cracked and has been professionally replaced - works perfectly

Note - I have not changed the belt in the deck because the performance of the deck did not warrant it.
Shipping
The CR3a will be shipped double-boxed. The unit will ship in its original Nakamichi shipping box and packing inserts (the safest way for it to travel). That box will be surrounded by another box for extra protection. Shipping will be sent via Fedex or UPS Ground. Also available for local inspection and pickup.
