A clean, Custom Color Jaguar from the first model year! This beautiful 1962 model features an original "Lake Placid Blue" finish with a matching headstock, as well as the very rare Fender "Eyeglass" case($1500 value)! These hardshell cases were available as an upcharge for a brief period making them very rare to find today. The guitar is fully original and largely unfaded, one of the more vibrant Lake Placid guitars we've had. The original mint green guard, clay dot inlaid fingerboard, and electronics make this not just a beauty but a great playing and sounding example, as well. Perfect for any collector, this one ticks all the boxes!
