Mountainking Electronics is a single person business so one person does everything from ordering shipping supplies to soldering to drilling out the enclosures to etc, etc. There is no one to take over when an emergency or illness takes that one person out of commission for a few days or just slows everything down. The Megalith is like no other fuzz you have experienced before. It puts out a shocking amount low frequency energy with the MORE HEAVY feature taking those low frequencies to truly dangerous heights. It's timbre is that of a fuzz with some of the focus you would more expect from a "distortion". The tone control section gives you an extremely wide range of frequency shaping allowing for it be fine tuned to suit a variety styles and type of equipment. While the Megalith is capable of extremely high gain levels the signal to noise is also high (it means it's not noisy). The Megalith works equally well both on guitar (the skinny stringed kind) and bass.

This is the only genuine Mountainking Megalith. There are unfortunately quite a few individuals who don't think making money off of others hard work is wrong and who have sold Megalith clones. To make it worse, these "Megaliths" are not only of inferior quality but the circuits are based on incorrect schematics. My designs are all original and I have spent years obsessively designing my creations to be something special, singular. Please don't encourage these thieves by wasting your money and purchasing these so called clones.
