This T-style guitar was completed on December 20, 2022, in the VZ Custom Guitars shop in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The mahogany body has a highly figured flame maple top finished with nitrocellulose lacquer sprayed in a sunset burst pattern.
The 21-fret maple neck has a rosewood fretboard and is finished with clear nitrocellulose lacquer. The neck profile is medium C. Nut width is 1.68”. Neck thickness is .83” at the first fret and .93” at the 12th fret. Fretboard radius is 9.5”. The frets are medium 6105. The nut is GraphTech Tusq. The tuning machines are GraphTech Ratio locking.
The pickups are the 5/2 Scatter Wound Nashville set from Dawgtown Custom Shop. You can find demos of the Dawgtown 5/2 set on YouTube.
This guitar has been set up with D’Addario EXL=110 (.010-,046),
A Gator gig bag is included.
