Kramer Ripley Stereo Guitar RARE! 1985 - Black

This is a Vintage 1985 Kramer Ripley Stereo Guitar. This is a pretty rare version having a Transition neck, also called a Tranny Neck. It was neck that Kramer used between the ending the Banana head stock shape and the beginning of the ESP made pointy style head stocks. The Tranny necks are very rare and very popular among Kramer enthusiasts.

This guitar has just completed a 4 month restoration by a professional luthier with over 30 years experience. The jumbo frets are all new, and fret board was restored to remove all wear. The frets are in better than new condition and were polished to a mirror finish. The neck is in near mint condition. It has a clear coat shadow from an allen key from aging on the back of the head stock.

Some wear marks like scratches dents, and dings were repaired. All the hardware was cleaned, and polished. The entire guitar was hand buffed to remove as many light scratches as possible. There are some wear marks that cannot be seen in pic's. The guitar was not refinished. It was refurbished to keep it as original as possible but look as good as possible for a 37 year old vintage guitar. It has wear marks on the pickup from strings. It has some very minor imperfections on the body that can only be seen from inches away.

The guitar was professional set up with 9 gage Cleartone strings. The action is as low as possible with no buzzing.

Everything works 100%. It comes with original case in fair condition. Original manuals, and original splitter box with Mogami stereo cable.
