Taylor GS Mini Natural 2015 Acoustic Guitar

Here for sale we have a Taylor GS Mini acoustic guitar. Built in 2015 this guitar features a Sitka Spruce top, Sapele Laminate back and sides, a 20 fret Ebony fingerboard, X-Bracing with a relief rout, a 23.5” scale length, a 1-11/16” neck width, a NuBone saddle and nut, along with die-cast chrome machine heads.

The GS Mini plays well, its neck feeling smooth and easy to navigate and its very soft ‘V’ profile providing ergonomic thumb positioning in all registers. The GS Mini was designed as a scaled-down Grand Symphony guitar, considered a modern day staple of parlour guitars.

For a guitar of this size the tone is remarkably large, with a warm low end, a clear and punchy midrange and crisp, articulate highs, overall a very well balanced guitar. The back of the guitar is arched for improved volume, projection and resonance while also providing more stability to the laminated construction.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Excellent condition.

Neck: Has a slight shine to it from previous use but does not readily show marking from previous use and such imperfections cannot be felt personally when playing the guitar.

Body: To the rear of the treble side upper bout there is a light finish dent, linear in appearance and similar ones visible to the bass side waist on the front of the guitar. This is under bright lighting and very difficult to notice. 

Condition of Frets:

No/little signs of wear/indents

Truss Rod Condition: Fully functional & can be adjusted

Hardware Condition: Fully functional with light signs of wear

Structural Condition: No concerns or issues to note

Height of the string from the 12th Fret- Treble 2.5mm - Bass 2.5mm
