Multiple upcyclings collide for our Slingshot Shakers. The frame was once a potato masher, and the jingles here are a handful of flattened and shaped Topo Chico bottle caps.
This one is fairly compact with a bright, clack-y tone. Using a light touch, the sturdy plastic frame on this shaker can definitely be played on drums, cymbals and other percussive surfaces - just note that's it's not built with impact in mind! The frame is 10.5" long and sturdy but not brittle, with just a little flex for great feel.
The shaker for sale is not the identical one in this video, but the two are very similar in build - the Topo Chico one for sale here has a slightly lower pitch.
