The Slingshot Shaker combines the frame of a potato masher and various jingles, most often bottle caps, to form a fun, rhythmic rattle capable of fast patterns and a tone that occupies its own space in the percussive landscape.
This is a two-row shaker with a 9" metal frame and some flattened bottle caps jingles from Magic Number.
The video linked here features a different Slingshot, but they are extremely similar in build and response - a suitable representation to be sure.
