Up for sale is a clean and mean 1970 Ampeg Dan Armstrong electric guitar. These have become increasingly popular and sought after the last few years and this particular example is wonderful. The serial puts this one into 1970 and one pot is coded to the tail end of 1969 and the other to 1970. The guitar has the “RT pickup installed and did not come to us with any of the other pickups. The neck has a nice and chunky feel to it with an attractively grained Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Condition wise the guitar is quite clean with the exception of a few scratches on the Lucite body. The pickguard is not original and is an extremely well made Chandler replica guard. Pro setup in house and comes complete with its original hard case which also fits the Lucite DA bass. Weight: 9lbs. 11oz.
