Vintage 1966 Fender Mustang Electric Guitar Body/Neck Husk Project w/ Stone Hardshell Case!

Up for sale is this vintage 1966 Fender Mustang electric guitar body/neck husk project. This piece is sold "AS IS" and all issues are described in the description and can be seen in the photos.

This listing includes:
- The body which was poorly refinished black at some point long, long ago. The original blue can be seen underneath the black and in the cavities. All of the body shape is intact and it was never sanded. There is no additional routing and a picture under the pickguard is included.

- The neck which will need substantial work. The truss rod does not function and the neck is twisted with relief on the bass side and being straight on the treble side. The frets are mis-matched and have been poorly leveled over the years what appears to be multiple times. The neck date is January of 1966 and it is a slabboard neck, which adds some cool factor. The original finish shows heavy wear, but is original.

- Body cavity shielding, which is intact.

- Original pickguard, which is well worn and missing a tip.

- Original pickguard screws.

NO OTHER PARTS ARE INCLUDED, THIS PROJECT IS SOLD "AS IS".

This project is housed in a Stone hardshell case, which fits loosely but will be good to protect the guitar during shipping and it will be well-packed to ensure safe transport to you.
