Aria Pro ii PE R80 (D)imarzio 1981 Tobacco Sunburst. *Owned By Mike Pender (The Searchers)!!*

This was my first PE-R80. What gorgeous guitars they are! I really loved cleaning this one up. It had been slightly neglected, a bit of TLC was all it took to bring it back to it's stunning original condition.

This guitar was sold at auction as part of a Mike Pender memorabilia lot(The Searchers guitarist/singer). He was endorsed by Aria.

These guitars have to be held in person to truly comprehend their quality. They are so comfortable to play owing to the fact they have both carved top and back. The heel- less cutaway gives easy access up to the 22nd fret with the Ebony finger board making playing a dream.

The guitar has DiMarzio Dual Sound humbuckers. They have switches to control Series or Parallel giving it a more attacking sound. All electronics are in full, crackle free working condition.

I've given this guitar a good clean and setup. The frets are in good condition. It does have a few chips and scratches that are visible in the photos. The main ones being at the top of the headstock. The neck relief is 0.25mm/0.010". The pickups are adjusted to my preferred heights. Intonation is spot on using new EB 10 - 52 strings.
