This is a 7 string model with a floating Hipshot tremolo. There are locking hipshot open gear tuners, which is all you need for tuning stability.
The top is a beautiful open grain maple burl with a black stain. The fretboard is birdseye maple.
Bolt-on construction, with a 5-piece wenge/maple neck.
Body has been routed for the tremolo so that it is fully floating. If you love floating trems, but hate cutting strings, this is a great guitar. 27" scale length to support detuning.
