Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer Early Taiwan ACA MIT Compressor Converted to 9vDC PSA

This is from the first run or two of Taiwan made Boss Compressors, where I feel the quality and sound were right there with the Japan models (and better than today's Taiwan models) but the caveat is that this is similar to Japan in that it required the ACA-type power supply as well.... So ACA power supply, 9v battery, or 12v newer DC power supply originally powered this pedal, a regular everyday 9v Boss power supply won't work properly, it's not enough juice. Very common with these, the HM-1's, CE-2's, and the GE-7's from the 1990's Taiwan years. Plenty of info on the 'net about this quirk the early Boss pedals have.
