The RG Prestige Series RG652MPBFX from Ibanez features a mahogany body with a poplar burl top in an anvil gray burst flat finish, and a Super Wizard HP 5-piece bolt-on maple/walnut neck with a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard and black dot inlay. The double-cutaway body facilitates easy top-fret access and delivers maximum resonance and sustain, while the Super Wizard HP neck is thin, flat and fast, yet strong, and provides unlimited playability for even the most demanding players.

The guitar is equipped with a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups – an Air Norton in the neck position and The Tone Zone in the bridge position. These pickups offer a deep, warm tone with rich dynamics. A 5-way selector switch allows you to choose between a variety of series, parallel, and split configurations, while master volume and tone controls further regulate the output. Additionally, the guitar is fitted with Cosmo black hardware, which includes a Gibraltar Standard II fixed bridge that anchors the strings and helps to increase sustain, as well as a set of Gotoh Magnum Lock machineheads on the headstock for tuning stability. The RG652MPBFX is crafted in Japan and ships with a hardshell case.
