Gibson Les Paul Standard 2001 - Ebony with Hard Case

For your consideration, we present a road-worn Ebony beast. This Les Paul Standard decodes as a 2001 model, bulit in early August. Certainly a "Player Grade" example, this Paul bears a fair deal of handsome and honest battle scars from stage and road use. Some "Player" modifications have been made to this guitar that set it apart from the pack. The original covered 490R/498T pickup compliment has been swapped for a pair of higher-output Open-Coil Zebra Suhr Doug Aldrich Pickups. All control electronics, jack, and switch appear to be stock from Gibson. A chrome Tone Pros bridge and locking tailpiece set have been swapped in place of the original chrome Gibson hardware. This guitar is in Good "Player Grade" condition, showing moderate to heavy playwear and careful storage. This example bears expected numerous bumps, dents, and scars for an instrument played on a regular basis by a veteran player. There are heavy scratches around the bridge volume pot and finish hazing in the elbow area. There is a heavy scratch on the top near the tail, and what appears to be an area of touchup near the selector switch. There are significant scratches and a large area of belt worming on the reverse. There are chips in the paint on the reverse edge in the selector area, near the control plate area, and near the tail on the treble side. There are light chips and dents on the edge of the headstock and light scratches on the face of the headstock, with a . There is a lot of life left on the frets and all nubs are intact. There are light dents on the reverse of the neck in the 6th and 7th fret area on the treble side. We have tried our best to present any noticeable flaws on this instrument in photos.
