Overall in great condition and the pickups and controls work properly.
The neck pocket is slightly narrower so if you plan to add a Fender style neck to it it'll need a little bit of work to have it properly fitted.
I recommend bringing it to your local guitar tech to have the work done properly. I was gonna have it done but I have too many incomplete projects at the moment.
