Worldwide shipping from Tokyo. For goods with a hard case, we usually pack the hard case and contents with cushioning material (usually bubble wrap). There has never been a problem with that shipping method so far. However, if you want a hard case to be included in cardboard, I can ship by that method if you pay an additional $10. This applies only to products that originally have a hard case.

Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays. For safety reasons, items that can be removed from the body and neck will be shipped with the body and neck removed.
