I am the original owner of this beauty. I had others but this was my prize possession and it was treated that way. Wiped down after every session and only left the house a few of times, mostly when I moved. I don't think I need to explain how it sounds. It sounds like an old Martin D-35. If you are reading this and contemplating buying I can only assume you have a good idea of how it sounds. Incredible! This guitar is pretty much as it left the factory. The original nut, bridge, and saddle are still intact. The pick guard is original with some scratching. It is also lifting at the saddle and slightly at the neck. There is minor fret wear and checking in the original finish as can be expected with the age of the guitar. Other than the pick guard, there are no scratches! There is one small depression (about 1/8th of an inch in length) on the face at the bottom. You'll only see it if you are looking for it and that's why it's barely noticeable in the close-up photo. The neck has never been re-set and the guitar would probably benefit from having this done. If you are looking for a guitar with appearance as great as its sound, look no further.
