Up for sale we have a 1966 Gibson Es-120T in original Sunburst finish with original Gibson branded chipboard case. The guitar is in excellent overall condition and perfect working order. There are some very minor signs of normal use and age, some very small dings here and there if you're looking for them and moderate lacquer checking, but nothing major to note. A very well taken care of example. Structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or repairs. The guitar features a fully hollow Maple laminate body, Mahogany neck, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard with pearl dot fret markers, 24.75" scale length and Trapeze tailpiece with wooden bridge adjustable for height. The pickup, harness and output jack are mounted to the thick black plastic pickguard. The Melody Maker style single coil pickup sounds fantastic and reads 7.05k output on the ohm meter. The medium sized neck features a comfortable round C-shape profile. Thickness of the neck measures .81" deep at the first fret and and .97" deep at the ninth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 9/16". The original med/jumbo frets are present and show minimal play wear and have tons of life left. Set-up with proper relief and playing great up and down the neck with no dead spots or buzzing. The instrument weighs in at 5 lbs. 2.5 oz. Will be professionally packed with care. Thanks for looking.
