Designed by me at AMBROSONICS, LLC and made in the USA! The AMB-13P is a Guitar or Bass 13 Pin Break Out Rack Panel. The Dash 1 version is a simple 13 Pin In, 13 Pin Output pass through that also breaks out all the guitar strings for polyphonic processing!
There are Dash-2 and Dash-3 versions that allow you convert 24 Pin to 13 Pin and keep existing 24 Pin synth setups simultaneously and much more.
This system was designed specifically for PreSonus Quantum DAW series including the 2626 Thunderbolt. Run cool surround sound setups, use six amps or run into a stereo mixing board with each string able to be panned any where within the stereo field! Works with all 13 Pin guitar types out there.
As mentioned, there are 3 different Dash Versions of this product. Dash 1, 2 and 3. This is the Dash 1 version of the AMB 13P which provides a 13 Pin Input, 13 Pin Output pass through, Select-able Power Sources, Adjustable Magnetic Analog Output and an Adjustable Piezo Summed via the AUX Output. All dash versions have the six Analog Guitar Strings brought out to 1/4" connectors on front of the unit as shown.
The Dash 3 version does even more. Keep an eye out on Reverb for release if you want to mix and match two guitars! Vintage 24 Pin with 13 Pin guitars and allow 13 pin guitars to control vintage synths, Vintage 24 pin guitars to control 13 pin synth as well as the newer 13 pin gear all in a single unit simultaneously. Pricing around $850 for the Dash 3.
The AMB 13P-1 has select-able Guitar power supply source options built in. The Power switch allows your guitar to be powered up stand alone (No Synth Controller Head required) OR to be powered as normal using your regular guitar synth setup. The stand alone power is great for minimal clutter when you're not using a synth head controller and just want to use the guitar HEX outputs and controls.
This is a 1U Rack mount PANEL with attached multi layer PC board. It's not enclosed by design to keep costs low so please be cautious when handling.
The AUX Port is jumper configurable for: Adjustable Gain for Piezo Pickup Summing output, Synth Voltage Control, Volume Pedal or other optional TRS setups.
Includes Ambrosonics low noise power supply wall plug.
