This Tres Cubano is in excellent condition. Its only been used a handful of times and is very clean. Please note there is minor split in the back of the guitar near the bottom. You can see the split in the picture. The split does not affect playability as the guitar sounds great. Its only on the back bottom corner (about 3 inches) and only visible cosmetically when looking at the back of the guitar. The guitar also has a few minor superficial dings, scratches, wear and tear around various parts of the guitar. Overall in excellent shape.
