Offering a November 1983 produced IBANEZ DT-650 Destroyer bass in black, also known as the Def Leppard bass (as per Ibanez 1984 price sheet).
The bass is in very good condition overall, it sports some edge paint chipping on the front of the headstock and the back of the treble side body horn as can be seen in the numerous pictures posted. In addition there are some noticeable scratches from what looks like an ill-fated attempt of someone with little skills removing stickers in a hurry.
The bass features 21 frets on a rosewood fretboard, bolt on neck, Hercules B tuners, and brass BI bridge. It has Ibanez' own Super P and Super J pickups with master volume, tone control and pickup balance, easy enough.
Body is finished in black with appealing top edge binding . Beautiful design, a sure head turner and must have for any hair band bassist or Def Leppard tribute band.
