Wonderful example of what the people at Dingwall can do. Beautiful P/J style bass. Passive but with a strong sound - someone described it as sounding like a P bass on steroids which I agree with.
Great neck all-wenge which I personally love and the fanned frets make it a joy to play.
I would say it has several advantages over a P bass - for one the neck is much faster and it is great for slap style.
It’s also punchier than a P bass and more refined feeling. It’s also lighter.
This bass has been babied - never gigged and just used on an occasional recording in a smoke free studio.
It’s in immaculate condition and includes a high quality Dingwall gig bag, hex tool set and the original E string tuner (it is fitted with a Hipshot d-tuner.)
These bass have got REALLY expensive with a LONG waiting time from order.
I do not use this bass anywhere near enough hence my selling it now.
