This is the Vintage 1979 NAMM one-of-a-kind Solid Brass Ibanez Artist 2622!
25" scale. 1 11/16" nut width. 76 lbs.
This guitar was created to be the center piece for the '79 Chicago NAMM show. This is the same guitar featured in Ibanez: The Untold Story.
The only brass Artist in the world - more than likely the only brass guitar in the world! As much of a collector piece as this is, it IS a playable guitar.
Featuring an ebony board, Flying Fingers humbuckers, and active 3 band equalizer, this has those incredible vintage Artist tones built in.
This Artist is in excellent condition- some patina on the brass- to be expected.
The frets are clean- just professionally setup with action of just about 3/32" at the 12th fret Low E.
This is the ultimate piece for an Ibanez or general guitar collector.
