4) MANDOLIN: STRAD-O-LIN 1932 ARTIST DELUXE – CURLY MAPLE
These have become a collector's favorite.
A rare circa 1932 Strad-O-Lin Artist Deluxe A-style mandolin. This was Strad-O-Lin's top of the line in the 1930s... Solid "garrett seasoned" spruce top, curly-maple back, sides and neck. With the original Waverly tuning machines and the sweet Waverly Cloud tail-piece. The pick-guard and fretboard are made from ebony. The purfling is inlaid as is the beautiful script Strad-o-Lin logo on the headstock.
She sounds amazing with a sweet mellow, woody tone. And the condition is amazing as well. Only minor scratches from the bridge, other that that almost perfect.
Comes in a new Guardian case.
