The epitome of student trumpets has long been the Conn Director model. Made of first generation brass, the Director was known for a clear and crisp sound generating from a distinctively easy playing production. The trumpet features a valve system made completely of metal and known for their reliability. This model has Nickle trim and a third-ring assembly designed to allow players to remove the finger ring for replacement by a music folio lyre. Our featured item is serial number 094XX and dates to the mid to late twentieth century. All of Conn trumpets were made in the USA. There are some scratches and pings, but no dents are visible. The bell ring shows minimal wear and the emblem design is fully intact. Speaking of adjustments, our in-house technician has cleaned and set the trumpet to General Playing Conditions. The product comes with a case and mouthpiece.
