Up for your consideration is a Gretsch Progressive Jazz kit in awesome looking golden champagne sparkle. Overall very nice, nearly original condition! All wrap is solid with no seem lift but there's some condition issues I'll do my best to detail. I try to give you all the little details with these issues and have you be pleasantly surprised, rather the opposite; this is a really nice, ready to play 50+ year old kit.
8x12: If I remember correctly there's an extra hole hidden by the correct diamond mount. The first (and second) bearing edge picture is the bottom edge of this drum. Not as catastrophic as it looks and this drum actually tunes up very nicely. One other notable ding on bottom bearing edge but that's it. Lightly used Ambassador Classic Fit over (what I was told is) the original reso head. Classic fits go on smoothly.
14x14: No major issues. Spent a little time with the bottom head off but no major bumps like on the 12. Top bearing edge is pristine (third bearing edge picture). Heads are also classic fit batter over original reso.
14x20: Three plugged holes (second picture). One big one with the badge, two other hardy noticeable ones. Reproduction hoops from Precision Drum. Wrap color is champagne sparkle but not as golden as the rest of the drums. Bearing edges are not brand new razor sharp but I don't believe there are any major dents. Tom mount is a little rusty but functional. Pratt muffler, T-rods, spurs, mount all there, just no cymbal arm. Regular coated ambassador batter and original reso.
