Our Guitars Look and Play Great! Many of the guitars we sell are Factory Seconds, New Old Stock, and Discontinued Models, etc., (and are in clean unplayed condition with the exception of testing, inspection, cleaning, etc.)
Per the manufacturer we are required to list Epiphone guitars as seller refurbished. These instruments are checked and double checked by both our store and the largest approved manufacturer refurbishing center in the USA.
Any instruments with blemishes, visible flaws, or any repairs are detailed and outlined in the description and include pictures of the specific flaw. To prevent false warranty claims, the word "USED" is stamped on the back of the headstocks and the serial number is changed. On some models the used stamp may be very light and hard to see.
